HOW TO SHOP + PLACE YOUR ORDER
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an Indie White account to order, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. For a faster checkout, access to your wishlist, and order updates, we recommend setting up an Indie White account.
Creating an Indie White account and placing an order will automatically make you an Insider. Each purchase brings you closer to unlocking exclusive rewards – from early sale access and priority customer care to unlimited free shipping,
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu, or search for a specific brand/item you are looking for.
2. Select your desired item and click ADD TO BAG. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, you can now checkout.
3. Sign into your account or, if you have not yet created one, continue via guest checkout.
Enter your email address, payment method and delivery details to place your order (remember...delivery is free on orders £100+). You'll recieve a confirmation via email, along with updates on every step of your items journey.
HOW DO I RECEIVE INDIE WHITE EMAIL UPDATES?
Scroll to the bottom of any page + enter your email, now you'll be among the first to know of new arrivals, trends and exclusive discounts + giveaways. You can always manage your email preferences within your account.

Placing an item in your shopping bag or Wishlist does not reserve it at a specific price.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO BUY LATER?
We don't offer reservations to keep things fair as many of our pieces are limited/exclusives.
ARE INDIE WHITE ITEMS GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC?
All our items are purchased from trusted suppliers and contacts from around the globe - all our items have their authenticity verified.
DO YOUR VINTAGE ITEMS HAVE DIFFERENT CONDITIONS?
Yes, our vintage stuff has the following condition grades:
UNWORN WITH TAGS: The product comes with its original tags. It has been previously owned but never worn or used and is in its original condition.
UNWORN: The product does not come with its original tags. It has been previously owned but never worn or used and is in its original condition.
EXCELLENT: The product has been previously owned and worn, but its like new or shows almost no signs of use. The item is still in near perfect condition with no defects.
GOOD: The product has been previously owned and worn with some signs of use. This item may have fading.
DELIVERY, DUTIES + TAXES
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY?
The delivery fee will vary depending on the method of delivery you choose at checkout. We do offer FREE DELIVERY however on all orders over £100.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER + HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Yes, all our orders are sent tracked for both parties peace-of -mind. You will recieve a tracking number, along with an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within two working days. Depending on your location, delivery can take 2-7 business days.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
WHAT IS INDIE WHITES RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a refund on any times returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Here's what to do:
1. Go to Orders + Returns if you have an account. If you placed you order as a guest, enter your guest order details here.
2. Find your order that you wish to return and click RETURN ITEM(S).
3. Select each item and the reason of return.

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO CODE?
Juts add eligible items to your bag, depedning on the promo code, it will either be automatically applied, or you may have to manually enter it during checkout.
MY PROMO CODE HAS EXPIRED. CAN I REQUEST A NEW ONE?
We are unable to reactivate any promotional codes or discounts. Promotional codes or discounts are also non-transferable and have no cash value or alternative.
